Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all massages and treatments offered by Melanie Wuchenauer – both in-studio and on a mobile basis.

2. Booking

Appointments are made by arrangement.

A binding appointment is confirmed upon booking (by telephone, WhatsApp or email).

3. Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

In the event of cancellations at shorter notice or no-shows, I reserve the right to charge the full amount.

4. Payment

Payment is to be made in cash or, by arrangement, immediately after the treatment.

5. Health Information

The massages offered are intended for relaxation and regeneration and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

Please inform me of any health issues, injuries or pregnancy before the treatment.

6. Liability

You undertake the treatment at your own risk.

No liability is accepted for personal belongings.

7. Mobile Massages

For mobile treatments, the client must provide a suitable, quiet room.

Travel costs are included in the price, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Miscellaneous

These terms and conditions are subject to change or amendment.
